Don't overthink it. Wear your clothes. Enjoy them.

One of the easiest and simplest parts of a routine to implement is that we change out of your PJs and into different clothes. When the routine of getting changed into new clothes, whether jeans and a blouse or even cute sweatpants and an unslept top, is practiced enough, eventually you become conditioned with a new mindset, therefore preparing you for the day ahead.

 Getting dressed every morning changes your mood and sets the tone for the rest of the day. 

Now that you are dressed, you now have a new palette to add color and tone with  accessories
